How many bottles can you spot in a music video set in a club or a party? Countless right? The liquor industry has always come up off the men who lust over the baller status. Now it’s time for the women to piggyback of the backs of these men and make some cash of their own.

That is the bottom line in the bottle service industry. Have the image, have the game, make a couple hundreds off the guy who wants to show you how much he can spend. Russ, creator, promoter and manager of the Dream Team says there’s only one rule to this game.

“In nightlife perception is everything.”

When you see three or four boxes of Christian Louboutins posted on a bottle service waitress’s Instagram account, or when she tweets that she’s on her fourth flight to Miami this month, that’s all a part of the business model.

“The girls show that they’re buying Giuseppe’s or red bottoms, to me it’s idiotic but those are investments because they draw more money in,” said Russ. “Money attracts more money.”

But they aren’t attracting the average Joe with a 9-5 job to order 20 bottles of Moet.

“95% of them are street cats,” said Russ. “The other 15% are ballers and rappers.”

Russ recalls hosting a party for Chris Brown where Breezy paid a $14,000 tab, or when Fabolous comes around and drops $5,000 a night every once in a while.

Then there are the illicit offers.

“I had an offer of $100,000 to leave with all five girls,” said Russ. “I told him I don’t get down like that if they get down like that that’s on them and I don’t want to know about it, speak to them directly.”

According to Russ this was someone “very big” in the music industry that he doesn’t care to name.

With all the money the Dream Team rakes in Russ will be the first to tell young girls not to drink the Kool-Aid, don’t drop out and head to the surgeon.

“Don’t believe what you see on Instagram,” he says. “These girls post a lot of pictures of themselves naked, with crazy amounts of money but I know very few girls that are making $1500 a night, and it’s not every night so don’t get sucked in by the hype,” he added.

“Calculate getting by with $400-$500 a week and then anything after that is a bonus.”

Half of the hype starts with the way the ladies look the rest is their interaction with their customers.

“If you have a man or no man or whatever you still have to approach the customer and flirt because at the end of the day that’s why the guys come to the club to spend money to try to show off in front of you, They not coming to see me,” said Russ who’s clearly unaware of his unpopularity in comparison to the girls.

These ladies are making bank but like any booming industry the question is where does this go from here? The Dream team is working on a contract with Mona Scott Young – the lady who brought us reality TV fan favorites Love & Hip Hop, Chrissy & Mr. Jones, and The Gossip Game – for a reality show titled Bottle Genies.

So who knows? Maybe your viewership will be these girls’ next hustle.
